Shipping
At Bright Night we use FedEx as our carrier of choice. Our standard shipping rates reflect the fact that Bright Night Lighted Umbrellas ship in robust "oversize" packages that are 36 inches long. Orders usually ship between 1-2 business days after the processing of payment.
Shipments are picked up at our warehouse 5 days/week and Saturdays during pre-holiday season.
Standard Delivery
Regular shipments will deliver via FedEx Ground for those orders going to addresses within the Continental U.S and Canada. Orders bound for Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories will ship via Fedex Express which is about the same cost but significantly faster.
International orders will ship via Fedex International Economy. Please contact us for an international shipping quote: International Shipping Quote
NOTE: International gift or personal purchases may be subject to inbound duties/tariffs. All such charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Most domestic Ground shipments arrive in 2-7 days of pick-up.
Express Delivery
Bright Night shipments may be expedited using FedEx 2nd Day. Costs for expedited services will automatically calculate when preparing your order online.
As noted above, all International orders, and those bound for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories, ship Express.
Returns
We will gladly accept pre-authorized returns up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Simply contact us at Exchanges and Returnsto request a pre-authorization code. Returns made without said code may not be accepted. We recommend you use the original shipping box that your umbrella arrived in as it is designed to stand up to the rigors of shipping. Merchandise must be received in "new" and salable condition.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are your responsiblity.
Exchange
We understand accessories are very personal and must reflect your personality. Sometimes our unique umbrellas are given as gifts. We want you to be happy and gladly support your option to exchange your umbrella. All exchanges must be pre-authorized and doing so requires only and email to us at Exchanges and Returns. Products must be shipped within 14 days or receipt. No exchanges will be accepted after that period of time.
